Online Classes During Government Closures
Covid-19 has changed the world we live in and how we deliver our classes to students. Online classes have been the new normal in education during lock downs and in response we have developed an interactive program for students to keep active and continue developing their skills. Routine and physical activity is essential in nurturing wellbeing and fostering some sense of normalcy in a very non-normal situation. We highly recommend students continue to remain connected to their karate community and continue to progress through our live online classes during lockdowns.
